We all have seasons that can be stressful and take its toll on our lives. None of us are immune to the woes of the world.
I too had experienced a stressful season.
Things were chaotic and disruptive to my preference for zen living.
I have several strategies for re-establishing balance in my life. I tend to default to meditation, journalling and exercise. They have been a mainstay for most of my life. The times when these anchors are up-rooted or seem like a luxury is when I know that life is teetering away from me.
Life will keep you on your toes. Sometimes for extended periods. It is in these moments, that we will be tested.
Change and challenge are constants in life. I appreciate times when I can get a little grace and see the love and truth behind what’s happening.
I was desiring my inner peace again.
